Friends

Let me just say I love having good friends. I’ve always been that guy that floats in and out of people’s lives. It’s something that happens when you do Theatre as a profession. You have 6 to 10 weeks with a group of people, some from city’s like Chicago or New York, and then they are gone. Most of this happened before e-mail was what it is now, so correspondence was more of an effort…and I’m lazy. So I’d have folks come in to my life, become my best bud, then go back to their homes.

Well, I’m more settled now. All weekend I had text message about Tony. It made me feel good that we are part of a village. Last night, we dined on lasagna from the Elementary Chef. It was quite tasty and well welcomed. Everyone at work is on the speed dial for info on the baby. I counted 62 folks that will be getting a text message moments after the arrival. Again, if you want to be included, I still have room on the phone.

I have gotten to know some of you through this site. The president of 451 Press has set up an e-mail tree for us, so when the water breaks…the e-mails will start. This site has meant alot to me through this experience. Thanks for reading.

Hopefully, soon, I’ll have pictures of Tony to share. I tried to talk Sarah into having her picture taken with Santa, so we could have a Tony pic “before” but she would not. Oh Well. Guess you’ll have to wait.

P.S.
Still no Wii…Anyone want to give Tony a Wii for Christmas? Got one just laying around? Know of any back ally black market? Just let me know.

Awww…Thanks! Cooking is my answer when I want to be able to do SOMETHING to help, and there’s clearly nothing to be done. Glad it was meaningful. :-) Sarah, on the other hand, was all eyes on the bakery-bought cake. LOL
